American Elevator is committed to proving personal, prompt, and reliable service. Our Service Technicians and Managers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to our customer's needs. We work closely with you to tailor your service agreement to meet your equipment needs. Whether it is every month or every year, one elevator or 21 elevators, you are guaranteed to get the service you deserve from our quality-trained individuals. We have 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
We offer both examination and lubrication contracts as well as full service maintenance, depending on customer's needs. We do not require or recommend long term service contracts. Our contracts may be cancelled with a thirty day written notice. American Elevators uses only high quality material and parts in our service programs. Log books for each elevator are placed in the machine rooms and are updated on each visit.
Our technicians are National Elevator Industry Educational Program graduates. All employees are OSHA 10 certified. We also have certified welders on staff.
